Pomegranate Smoothie


1/3 c. (3 oz.) silken tofu
1 c. frozen mixed berries
1/2 c. pomegranate juice
1/4 c. ice cubes
2 t. honey


blend well and enjoy! lots of protein and antioxidants-perfect for breakfast!
