Cranberry Orange Relish


1 12 oz. package fresh cranberries
1 medium orange
¾ to 1 c. sugar

Cut unpeeled orange into eight pieces. Remove white stuff. Combine oranged and cranberries in Cuisinart/food processor and grind till desired thickness. Add sugar. Do a day or two ahead.
